Man Fei Li
Bio
Manfei is a Swiss-based filmmaker and storyteller of Chinese–Hong Kong origin. She was born in Hong Kong and moved to Bern at the age of 12. She graduated in July 2022 with a Bachelor’s degree in 2D Animation from the Lucerne School of Art & Design & Film, where she co-directed her BA film <Memories of Monsoon>. In 2025, she completed her Master's in Film Animation with her graduation film <The Taste of Pineapple Bread>. Manfei infuses her work with a poetic sensibility, often portraying a naïve, childlike aesthetic that embraces freedom and playfulness.
