The Shenkar College of Engineering and Design is located in Ramat Gan Tel Aviv, Israel. It is not primarily an animation school. It does, however, offer a multidisciplinary art course, visual communication, which has inspired some of our students to go there anyway and take some time to work on their own artistic language. According to the students' exchange reports, it's good if you have a lot of self-discipline and motivation to visit this school, as you will have to organise many things yourself in a very new environment.
