This is a step by step guide how to submit a project (Animation Film, Game, Application, etc.) to the archive.
- Read this guide for the details. If you have a film / project format that is not on the following list, ask the Technical Support.
- Save all files on our internal server or - in special circumstances - on a portable hard drive
- Every file / project has to be submitted with our Namer Form.
All following entries are in order of preference.
Documentation
All details about the author (you) and your films / projects that were created during your education at the school have to be added to this wiki. Use the provided Template for Studentfilm and Template for Studentpage.

Size
- 1920 x 1080, HD
- 1998 x 1080, DCP Flat
- 2048 x 858, DCP Scope

- Apple Prores 4444 in a Quicktime or MXF OP1a Container
- Avid DNXHR in a Quicktime or MXF OP1a Container
The film credits for the final project have to be double-checked by the Artistic Associate. Avoid burnt in subtitles or a technical lead (color bars, etc.).

Important: The sound files have to be in the exact same length as the film
- stereo sound, linear PCM, 24bit, 48kHz, 4.0 LTRT normalized to the EBU-128 norm as a wav file
- stereo sound, linear PCM, 24bit, 48kHz, 4.0 LTRT normalized for laptop speakers as a wav file

Additional files needed if you have a co-production with Schweizer Fernsehen:
- stereo sound, linear PCM, 24bit, 48kHz, 4.0 LTRT normalized to the EBU-128 norm in 25fps as a wav file
- surround sound, linear PCM, 24bit, 48kHz, 5.1 normalized to the EBU-128 norm in 25fps, as six individual wav files
