This is a step by step guide how to submit a film / app to the archive. All data (film, music, app, stills, ...) have to be saved on our internal server or - in special circumstances - can be saved on a portable hard drive.

Every file / project has to be submitted with our Namer Form. If you have a specific question or a film / project format that is not on the following list ask the Technical Support.

All entries are in order of preference.

Subtitles should be submitted in the Subrip Format (.srt). Every entry in a subtitle file should be on a single line and all languages should have the same spotting and subtitle lines. Alternatively you can also submit a subtitle file with all three languages on separate lines:

1
00:00:20,000 --> 00:00:24,400
Was ist mein Zweck?
What is my purpose?
Quel est mon but?

2
00:00:24,600 --> 00:00:27,800
Du gibst Butter.
You pass the butter.
Tu passe le beurre.

Do not end or start a subtitle line with three points: ...

Use Aegisub to create your subtitles.
