Liina Luomajoki (born in 2002) grew up in the canton of Aargau and after graduating high school with a focus on Art, studied animation at the Lucerne School of Art and Design, which she completed in 2024 with her graduation short film "Cottage Cheese" in a team of four.

She likes to work as a director, scriptwriter, concept artist, 2D animator and background designer. She also likes to knit and crochet and has used this technique to create sets and accessories for some of her short experimental projects. When she's not immersed in animation, she likes to cook and bake, forage for wild mushrooms in the forest and watch films and series ranging from arthouse to reality tv.
