bis 12:00 Uhr mittags ist ein kompletter Eintrag ins Aniwiki (zu eurer Person sowie eurem Film) fällig. Siehe dazu: Template for Studentfilm sowie Template for Studentpage

bis 23:59 Uhr sind alle Filmdateien gemäss der Project Submission auf dem Server hochgeladen. (Genauer Ordner wird noch kommuniziert).

ACHTUNG: Filme, die zu spät eintreffen, oder die unten angegebenen Anforderungen nicht oder nur teilweise erfüllen, werden für die Prüfung nicht zugelassen.

Zusätzlich erforderlich:

  • 6 Stills, ein Portait des Regisseurs/der Regisseurin, die Synopsis des Films auf DE/E, eine kurze Biografie jeden/jeder Regisserus/Regisseurin als Textdatei auf DE/E, sowie die Credits-Liste als Textdatei. Alles in eine Zip-Datei packen und in denselben Ordner legen wie eure Filmdateien.

bis 12:00 Uhr mittags muss die Musikliste für SUISA per Mail an künstlerische Assistenz gesendet werden. Ebenfalls fällig ist an dem Tag ein ca. 30 Sekunden langer Trailer des Films. Dieser muss ebenfalls bis 12:00 auf den Server geladen werden (genauer Ordner wird zuvor noch kommuniziert). Der Trailer wird von uns auf die AnimationHSLU Vimeo-Seite geladen, mit Verlinkung auf euer Vimeo-Profil (falls vorhanden). Der Upload eures Abschlussfilmes in voller Länge erfolgt später durch euch, nach ca. einem Jahr Festivalrundgang. Bitte verlinkt beim Upload die AnimationHSLU als Produzentin.

Jurierung 2019

Die Jurierung/Prüfungspräsentationen erfolgen am 19. - 21. Juni 2019 im REX. Offizielle informationen zum Diplom BA Animation 2019. Die Jury besteht aus 3 - 4 Experten/Expertinnen. Dieses Jahr ist die externe Expertin Annegret Richter von der AG Animationsfilm, Deutschland. Die Präsentation der Projekte ist öffentlich und kann von den Abschlussstudierenden wahlweise auf Deutsch oder Englisch gehalten werden.

Ein persönliches Prüfungskriterium wird im Vorfeld von den Studierenden selbst gewählt (Deadline dafür: 3. Juni 2019). Dies dient dazu, mehr Gewicht auf die Teile der Arbeit zu legen, die eure Stärken in den Vordergrund stellen. z.B. Character design, Concept Art, Story, Animation oder Sound Concept...

DIe Jury besteht dieses Jahr aus folgenden Beteiligten: Haas Jürgen (Vorsitz), ExterneR ExpertIN (tba), Gasser Christian, Ehmann Jochen, Mumford Jane .

Werkschau 2019

  • Die Werkschau findet vom 21. -30. Juni 2019 in der Messe Luzern statt. Die Vernissage ist am 21. Juni 2019 ab 18:00.
  • Aufbau: 17.-21. Juni 2019; Abbau: 1. Juli 2019. Die Koordination der Auf- und Abbauarbeit wird durch die administrative Assistenz kommuniziert.

Premiere 2019

Die Premiere findet am Mittwoch, 26. Juni 2019 um 18:00 Uhr im Cinema Maxx, Emmenbrücke statt, mit anschliessendem Apéro.

Diplomübergabe 2019

Die Diplome werden am Samstag 28. Juni in der Messe Luzern 2019 feierlich übergeben. Einladungen folgen von Seiten der Hochschule.
