Carlos Soto

Carlos Soto Tommasi (Ciudad de México, 2 de octubre de 1986) is a filmmaker, creative producer and DJ. He wrote the script and directed "Detrás de una mirada", which was presented in Cineteca Nacional on 2011 and also directed and wrote a script which was awarded and screened in the Mexican Pavillion of Shanghai 2010 expo. He is currently directing and producing the poetic documentary "A trip to death" as a student in the Master of Arts in Film in the University in Arts & Desgin Luzern.

CV

In 2007 he worked as an editor for Orange Producers and then as post producer of film and video in www.clusterstudio.com from 2008 to 2011. Then he worked as a volunteer filmmaker and school teachaer for Techo from 2011 to 2014. In 2015 he launched his own first Studio, ADmultimedia which stopped in 2019 in order to finish his actual MAF. As a hobby, he had entertained since 2008 as a DJ in parties and clubs.
