Objectiv / Zielsetzung
- The participants know historical questions and starting points for the evaluation of films and audiovisual media formats and have reference projects for their own practical work.
- They are able to classify those in the context of critical questions.
Content / Inhalt
The two-semester seminar introduces fundamental developments and historical moments and related theoretical concepts from the history of media and film. The focus is on short and cross-platform audiovisual formats, on experimental examples from the history of animated and real films, as well as the electronic media, radio, tv and computer.
