Synopsis / Summary / Résumé

• FR: Deux personnes sont assises sur un banc dans le parc des Bastions à Genève. L’une, Judith, est une travailleuse du sexe qui parle de son expérience avec des clients handicapés. L’autre, c’est moi, qui l’interroge et l’enregistre. Un documentaire animé sur le sexe entre personnes qui ne sont pas amoureuses.
• EN: Two people are sitting on a bench in the Parc des Bastions in Geneva. One, Judith, is a sex worker who talks about her experience with disabled clients. The other one, me, is interviewing and recording her. An animated documentary about sex between people who are not in love.

Directior's Statement

With Pas Amoureux, I wanted to question the viewers' perception of sex work by presenting them with a little known aspect of that profession. Both sex workers and disabled people are often made to be invisible in our societies, but through my protagonist's tale, through her sense of humor and humanity, we can empathize with her and with her experience.
