17. June 2022 - Presentation version of project
until 16:00 (CET) upload your Project to the server (folder will be communicated by the ASO) including English Subtitles according to the Project Submission guidelines.
Additionally: an .mp4 preview with a stereo soundmix and burnt-in subtitles (in case of a language other than German). This state-of-production version of your film will be shown at the BA presentation in front of the jury and at the school's Werkschau.
17. June 2022 - AniWiki entries complete
until 16:00 (CET) use the Template for Studentfilm and Template for Studentpage to add all information about you and your films made at this school to our aniwiki.
21. June 2022 - Presentation slides
Until 16:00 (CET) upload your BA presentation (as Powerpoint or Keynote file) to the server under:
projects -> _3BA_Projektordner -> 05_BA-Presentation -> NameOfYourFilm
At your presentation in front of the Jury, we will use exactly this file. Make sure to test it beforehand on another computer to see that all video/audio files work there, too. The REX will be reserved from 16:00 - 18:00 for you to do this.

The presentations in front of the jury in the REX cinema are held between Wednesday 22. - Friday 24. June 2022 in the cinama REX - room 045. The jury members this year are Chalet Francois, Gockell Gerd, Gasser Christian, ____(tba) and as external juror, _____(tba). The presentation of the projects is open to the public via livestream and can be held in german or english depending on the external jury member.

The premiere of all the graduation projects will take place on 30. June 2020 from 18:00-21:00 (CET) at the Cinema Maxx, Emmenbrücke, followed by an aperitif. Students receive a fixed number of guest invites from our artistic assistant, who will coordinate the event.
tba 2022 - Diploma Ceremony
The diplomas will be given to you on ___________ (tbc) at the Messe Luzern. The invitations will be sent to you from the offices of Hochschule Luzern.
tba 20212 - Final film files
until 16:00 (CET) upload all files according to the Project Submission to the server. The location will be communicated a week in advance.
In addition: zip the following files, give the zip a logical name and copy it to the same folder as the film above.

The trailer will be uploaded to our vimeo site and can be linked to your vimeo account.
